This plant doesn't cause allergies- It used to be ground into snuff to induce sneezing on purpose.  
Sneezeweed has the cutest yellow flowers that bloom late in the season at peak pollinator time.  Be patient with this plant.  The first year the plant will only be a short green rosette, just a few inches tall.  It will get bigger and bloom the second year, reaching up to 5 feet tall.
