I grew up in Oklahoma where Blanket Flower is very common. It reminds me of home. The bright red and orange flowers attract all sorts of pollinators and are especially beneficial to native bees according to the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center. It is an easy plant to grow. It is a short-lived perennial (which means it only lives a few years) but it will seed itself and grow lots of babies.
